Cook & Hold Ovens are designed and perfected for cooking at a lower temperature.
It`s more than a convention oven ,it`s a "system ", precisely controlled heat, increasing food tenderness,more even roasting. regulated to retain ascorbic acid and maximize the nutritional value ,taste and eye-appeal of food..labor, energy and costs saving.
Easy cooking and holding control:
Cooking mode : nominal temperatures up to 225⁰F-300⁰F, cooking time adjust upon actual experience of different food
Holding mode:  recommend holding temperatures as 140⁰F (60⁰C)
Control drawer is removable for quick and easy cleaning and maintenance.
4x1-1/4 " four polyurethane swivel plate casters,two with brakes.
All controls are accessible without opening cabinet door.
Easy to read LED thermometer.
